From Vance:
 

I have been a cinematographer for 30yrs, a diver for 40yrs and a NAUI Instructor for 25yrs. I am primarily a professional land cinematographer, I shoot Features films commercials and music videos. I also shoot professional film work underwater.

My passion for the sea has been with me my whole life and capturing still images and motion film of the beautiful amazing creatures the live under the sea has a deep emotional connection for me. Apart from my deep technical knowledge I would love to share the passion that fuels my love of the image above and below the sea..

Video entries may also be brought on thumb drive*** to the meeting, or you can  send them via email (laups.comp@gmail.com), Dropbox, WeTransfer, or other method.

***If you are entering a video that you are bringing in on a thumb drive, you must declare your intended entry by Monday midnight, so we will know whether we are able to have both open and novice competitions or a single combined category.
